Just split a meatball and an Italian sub with my sister and I must say they were two of the best subs I've ever had. The staff members were friendly and the store was super CLEAN. The owner happened to be there and you could tell he really cared about his store and his customers. I found out that he's actually a Detroit Fireman so the pics and fire equipment on the walls are real, kind of cool I thought. It was a rainy day so I took home a bowl of chili, it was awesome as well! Great place! I'll be back for sure.

I got the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket and added mushrooms. It was fantastic! The meat was tender and the ingredients were fresh. The service was fast and friendly, and the dining room was spotless. Easy 5 stars!

Firehouse subs are one of the best. I really enjoyed the Italian sub. They are extremely friendly and will explain their entire menu. One of the managers took about 5 minutes explaining and letting me try many of their drinks - very cool machine for the drinks!! Many to try from. If you're planning to get a drink or chips, might as well get the combo.

Yes. Place has a killer draw to it, kids can get a fireman's hat. Oh and the sandwiches did not disappoint. Pulled pork and slaw sandwich on that King's Hawaiian bread was superb. I also got the "hero" on wheat. Kid had a hap and swiss kids combo. Chips come with the combos (or brownies) but all in all 3 people had a quick and fun meal for under $19. Goodbye Quizno's.

Very good subs with lots of choices. The turkey bacon ranch sub is excellent and love the new style coke machine with all the drink options. Friendly and efficient staff.

Nice! Just went today for the first time with my nephew. I got the "NY Steamer" and he got the "Brisket and Cheddar"and we split them. Steaming the meat definitely makes a difference. Seems to enhance the flavor and makes it meltingly tender. Both sandwiches were very flavorful and the bread was a perfect sub bun: soft inside and slightly crispy exterior. The manager (Jeff I think) was very friendly and helpful. I'll go back for sure!

Finally FS has arrived in Michigan! Used to eat them on the east coast. These are the some of the best subs I've ever tasted. Italian is where it's at.

This place is truly amazing! When we walked in we were greeted with smells of fresh baked break and a mirage of different meats! I had the Verde Turkey sandwich. It was warmed for me. I like the verde sauce combo with the turkey, lettuce and tomato. It was a messy sandwich, but so fresh that made up for it! Yum! My wife liked her light hearty turkey sandwich, and of course our kids like the grill cheese. They gobbled it right up! Almost faster than their old man! That's fast!! They have a special soda machine where you can create up to 120 different drink combinations. I had Dr Pepper with cherry and vanilla. Love it! We'll be back for more of these subs!

I had some time to spare and figured I would stop in for a quick lunch and was very pleased by my experience. This establishment has the friendliest staff a have seen in a long time. They were all up beat, helpful, and polite. I ordered the veggie sub and it came out quick and tasted great. I will definitely return.

I called to order a lunch at 9:45am that I would be picking up around 11am, and was told to call back at 10am. I called another restaurant who was happy to take my order prior to their official opening time. If you're going to answer the phone, is it really a problem to take an order for a later pick up time after you open?

Ive driven by frequently , anticipating their opening . As my daughter in Arkansas loves her FIREHOUSE subs, to be honest I had no idea bout the 'Steamed Subs ' . Three of us went in Sunday at 1pm, the place was packed, as was the outside patio. Cecily stepped up to assist us, as the menu board was overwhelming for our first time, she offered ideas/suggestions ,once we told her what we were searching for. Most of the subs were from $5.50 - $6.75 or $8.25 as a combo Noteworthy was you could upgrade your sub to a large for $2.05 I ordered the Large NYC Steamer :Corned beef brisket, pastrami ,melted provolone mustard/mayo/lettuce/tomato/Italian dressing I cannot describe in words how well the steam drew out the flavors & really made it a gourmet sandwich. It is without a doubt my new favorite SUB! And I never ever thought I could top Jersey Mikes/Lenny's or Ventimglias. . . I'm calculating /planning my return visit. Also on hand were about 2 dozens hot sauces ranging in intensity from 1 - 10 Good Product! Great Service! Sweet Location. PS: They have a text promo program & a free Birthday Sub on their web site

Love the subs here! I always get the italian or the hook. Always leaves me feeling full and in a good mood. Their food is done quickly and I like how it's different from other sub places. I would definitely recommend to others. Why i put 4 stars instead of 5 is just because I think that the meal priced with a sub, drink, and chips is a little bit pricier than it should be.
